Payment: The full payment for the horse shipping service must be made before the scheduled pick-up date. Any additional fees or charges incurred during the shipping process must be paid immediately after receipt of invoice.
Cancellation: Per service providers cancellation policy.
Liability: The horse shipping company will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe transport of the horse, but will not be liable for any injury, illness, or death of the horse during the shipping process.
Insurance: The customer is strongly advised to obtain insurance for their horse during the shipping process. The horse shipping company may offer insurance at an additional cost, but this is not mandatory. The customer must provide full details about the horse attitude and provide any historical report related to any unusual behaviour from the horse , some horses suffer from claustrophobic behaviour during loading to the stalls and/or trucks, fail to load the horse will cancel the flight/shipment and full amount will be charged to the customer, official report must be provided from the air/Land groomer for such circumstances.
Delays: The horse shipping company will make every effort to transport the horse to the destination on time but will not be liable for any delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to schedule: If the customer needs to change the scheduled pick-up or delivery date, they must notify the horse shipping company at least 24 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply for any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery time, and its subject to the shipping company approval.

Cancellation: As per service provider cancellation and refunds policy.
Liability: The stable owner will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and welfare of the horse, but will not be liable for any injury, illness, or death of the horse while it is stabled at the facility.
Feed and bedding: The customer may provide their own feed and bedding for their horse, or the stable owner may provide these at an additional cost. The customer must notify the stable owner in advance if they intend to provide their own feed and bedding.
Cleaning and maintenance: The stable owner will be responsible for cleaning the stall and maintaining the facility. The customer must notify the stable owner if they notice any problems or issues with the stall or the facility.
Use of facilities: The customer may use the facility's riding arenas, trails, and other amenities, subject to any rules or restrictions imposed by the stable owner.
Visitors: The customer may have visitors to the stable, subject to any rules or restrictions imposed by the stable owner. Visitors must comply with all safety and animal welfare regulations.

Horse Stabling Agreement

Stabling

The Horse Owner shall be solely responsible for all veterinary care, including routine and emergency care, for the horses. The Stable Owner may, in the event of an emergency, obtain veterinary care for the horses and shall promptly notify the Horse Owner of any such emergency.
Liability
The Horse Owner shall be solely responsible for any and all damages caused by the horses, including, but not limited to, damage to the Stable or injury to any person or animal. The Horse Owner shall indemnify and hold the Stable Owner harmless from all claims arising from the Horse Owner’s use of the Stable.
Termination
Upon termination, the Horse Owner shall remove the horses from the Stable within [2] days.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement

Termination
Upon termination, the Service Provider shall not be responsible for any future grooming services.

Entire Agreement
