Services Terms and conditions

AIR SHIPPING

Payment: The full payment for the horse shipping service must be made before the scheduled pick-up date. Any additional fees or charges incurred during the shipping process must be paid immediately after receipt of invoice.

Cancellation: Per service providers cancellation policy.

Liability: The horse shipping company will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe transport of the horse, but will not be liable for any injury, illness, or death of the horse during the shipping process.

Insurance: The customer is strongly advised to obtain insurance for their horse during the shipping process. The horse shipping company may offer insurance at an additional cost, but this is not mandatory. The customer must provide full details about the horse attitude and provide any historical report related to any unusual behaviour from the horse , some horses suffer from claustrophobic behaviour during loading to the stalls and/or trucks, fail to load the horse will cancel the flight/shipment and full amount will be charged to the customer, official report must be provided from the air/Land groomer for such circumstances.

Delays: The horse shipping company will make every effort to transport the horse to the destination on time but will not be liable for any delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to schedule: If the customer needs to change the scheduled pick-up or delivery date, they must notify the horse shipping company at least 24 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply for any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery time, and its subject to the shipping company approval.

Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the horse shipping company is located. Any disputes arising from the horse shipping service will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

AIR/LAND SHIPPING AGREEMENT

1.1 These terms and conditions ('Terms') govern the provision of air shipping services for horses by [company name] ('Company') in ( Country name )

1.2 By using the Company's air shipping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Booking

2.1 To book air shipping services for your horse, you must provide the Company with the following information:

Payment

Shipping

4.1 The Company will arrange for air shipping of your horse through a licensed and reputable air cargo carrier.

4.2 The Company will make all reasonable efforts to ship your horse to the agreed destination on time but cannot guarantee arrival time due to factors beyond its control.

4.3 The Company will take reasonable care of your horse during shipping but is not responsible for any injuries or damage that occur during shipping.

4.4 You must provide the Company with any necessary information, including horse health status and any additional instructions may affect the service quality, for the shipping of your horse.

Cancellation and Refunds

As per service providers cancellation and refund policy.

Liability

6.1 The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to your horse during shipping, unless such loss or damage is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.

6.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the provision of shipping services.

Dispute Resolution

7.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.

SCHOOLING

1.1 These terms and conditions ('Terms') govern the provision of horses schooling services by [company name] ('Company') in the (Country name ).

3.1 The Company will provide horses schooling services through a qualified and experienced trainer.

3.2 The Company will make all reasonable efforts to provide the agreed number of schooling sessions on the agreed dates and times but reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 The Company will take reasonable care of your horse during schooling but is not responsible for any injuries or damage that occur during schooling. (In case trainee own the horse)

Cancellation and Refunds

STABLING

Payment: The full payment for the horse stabling service must be made in advance, either monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the arrangement between the stable owner and the customer.

Cancellation: As per service provider cancellation and refunds policy.

Liability: The stable owner will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and welfare of the horse, but will not be liable for any injury, illness, or death of the horse while it is stabled at the facility.

Feed and bedding: The customer may provide their own feed and bedding for their horse, or the stable owner may provide these at an additional cost. The customer must notify the stable owner in advance if they intend to provide their own feed and bedding.

Cleaning and maintenance: The stable owner will be responsible for cleaning the stall and maintaining the facility. The customer must notify the stable owner if they notice any problems or issues with the stall or the facility.

Use of facilities: The customer may use the facility's riding arenas, trails, and other amenities, subject to any rules or restrictions imposed by the stable owner.

Visitors: The customer may have visitors to the stable, subject to any rules or restrictions imposed by the stable owner. Visitors must comply with all safety and animal welfare regulations.

Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the stable is located. Any disputes arising from the horse stabling service will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

HORSE STABLING AGREEMENT

Horse Stabling Agreement

This Horse Stabling Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] by and between [Stable Owner] (“Stable Owner”) and [Horse Owner] (“Horse Owner”).

Stabling

The Stable Owner agrees to provide stabling for [Number of Horses] horses owned by the Horse Owner at the [Name of Stable] (“Stable”). The Horse Owner shall pay the Stable Owner a fee of [Stabling Fee] per horse, per month.

Feed and Care

The Stable Owner agrees to provide feed, water, and daily care for the horses. The Horse Owner shall provide the Stable Owner with a detailed feeding schedule and any necessary supplements. The Stable Owner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to follow the feeding schedule and supplement requirements but shall not be liable for any adverse reactions to feed or supplements.

Veterinary Care

The Horse Owner shall be solely responsible for all veterinary care, including routine and emergency care, for the horses. The Stable Owner may, in the event of an emergency, obtain veterinary care for the horses and shall promptly notify the Horse Owner of any such emergency.

Liability

The Horse Owner shall be solely responsible for any and all damages caused by the horses, including, but not limited to, damage to the Stable or injury to any person or animal. The Horse Owner shall indemnify and hold the Stable Owner harmless from all claims arising from the Horse Owner’s use of the Stable.

Termination

Upon termination, the Horse Owner shall remove the horses from the Stable within [2] days.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

GROOMING AGREEMENT

Horse Grooming Service Agreement

This Horse Grooming Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [Grooming Service Provider] (“Service Provider”) and [Horse Owner] (“Horse Owner”).

Service

The Service Provider agrees to provide grooming services for [Number of Horses] horses owned by the Horse Owner at the [Location of Grooming] (“Grooming Location”) on a [Frequency of Service] basis. The Horse Owner shall pay the Service Provider a fee of [Fee] per horse, per grooming session.

Services Provided

The grooming services provided by the Service Provider shall include brushing, combing, mane and tail trimming, hoof picking, and any additional services agreed upon by the parties. The Service Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide quality grooming services but shall not be responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries caused by the grooming process.

Liability

The Horse Owner shall be solely responsible for any and all damages caused by the horses, including, but not limited to, damage to the Grooming Location or injury to any person or animal. The Horse Owner shall indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any and all claims arising from the Horse Owner’s use of the grooming services.

Termination

Upon termination, the Service Provider shall not be responsible for any future grooming services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
